  • Each list is sent with your service estimate.  They are also listed on the services page. 

  • We can do a walk through assessment free of charge upon request.  Otherwise, we provide an estimate based on size and average conditions.  If the condition is more severe we will bill hourly or ask the client to prioritize the remaining tasks in the time already allotted.  

  • Ultimately, the length of a clean depends on size and severity. On average, a Deep Clean or Move Out Clean can take anywhere between 4-9 hours  with a 2-3 person team.  A Routine Clean takes on average 1-4 hours with a 1-2 person team. 

  • Absolutely not. We arrive with all supplies and ready to get started.   Upon request and if provided, we can use a specific product if the client requests we do. 

  • We use a variety of non-toxic cleaning products from a few different and reputable companies.  Please call or email for a detailed list of products used.  

  • No, in fact it's actually easier for us to move around quickly if the home is empty.  Ultimately though we leave it up to your comfort level. 

  • Yes, we love pets! However we do ask that dogs (and curious cats) be kept in a specific area so we can clean without risk of tripping over them or hindered movement.  We are happy to help put them in a room or outside while we clean and let them back out once completed. 

  • For new clients, a $50 non-refundable* deposit is required to book an appointment. Deposit is applied towards the total amount due.  *Includes a one-time emergency reschedule. Must be within 10 business days.
